Having worked across major tier 1 commercial builds, Justin developed a thorough understanding of construction from the ground up, knowledge that directly informs how he leads and operates today. He is known for his straightforward, no-nonsense approach, and that same clarity and accountability shapes the standards he sets across the business.

Leigh’s role as Director is to lead the strategic and technical direction of the business, drawing on 15 years of experience across construction and façade systems. With a background in Civil Engineering and a career spanning engineering and complex facades, Leigh oversees project delivery, quality standards, and business development. He is known for his sharp technical thinking and collaborative leadership style, ensuring the company maintains the highest level of expertise and client service across all projects.

Michael’s role as Senior Project Manager is to lead the end-to-end delivery of façade packages on major commercial construction projects. Overseeing design coordination, procurement, and site installation, he ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. With experience across façade packages ranging from $10M to $100M+, Michael brings strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and the stakeholder management capability needed to operate in Tier 1 construction environments.

Chuck’s role as Project Manager is to support façade project delivery with a primary focus on quality assurance, documentation control, and the implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Working closely with Senior Project Managers and site teams, Chuck ensures all façade works are installed to specification, compliant with relevant standards, and fully documented. He coordinates hold points, manages defect close-out, and supports the team in achieving zero-defect handovers.
